ZeteoPeople is a professional recruitment and career consulting firm specialising in the German-speaking market. Focused on permanent roles in IT and Technology—particularly in management, strategy, and SAP consulting—they offer highly personalised services for both employers and candidates. The company name, drawn from the classical Greek word for “search to find,” reflects their dedication to connecting the right people with the right opportunities. ZeteoPeople also supports candidates throughout the recruitment process with tailored advice and guidance.
The Problem
Despite ZeteoPeople’s continued success since its founding in 2002, its website had remained virtually untouched—frozen in time while digital expectations evolved. For candidates and clients researching the firm, the outdated interface failed to reflect the team’s expertise or professionalism, risking lost opportunities and trust.
From an operational standpoint, the static site also posed a major obstacle: any content update required a developer, slowing the team down and limiting their ability to stay current and engaging online.
The Solution
We began with a visual refresh, starting by deepening ZP’s corporate blue into a sophisticated navy—evoking professionalism and trust. The new logo combines New Order and Sarah Script Regular for a blend of modern structure and personality, with a magnifying glass subtly hidden in the ‘o’ to echo their “search to find” ethos.
Sea Brand designed the new UI in Figma and developed the site in Webflow to overcome hosting and content limitations. Now, the ZeteoPeople team can independently manage their site with ease—an example of democratising the web.
Managing Director Andrew curated the visual content, while Sea Brand led the design and development, ensuring a calm, content-focused user experience. His feedback:
